The cheese factory, is situated in Romania, the heart of the Valcea region. Production began in 2001, being pioneers in the country in the elaboration of cheese made with fermen ted sheep´s milk. The cheese is produced with high-quality raw materials; 100% milk from sheep which graze in the regions lush green pastures.
We manufacture one product which we separate into three categories: semi-mature, mature and vintage, depending on its level of maturation.

The company is certified BRC (GRADE AA) and ISO 22000FSSC.
In 2018, we are very pleased that our cheese won the SILVER AWARD at the International Cheese Awards in Nantwich, which took place on 24/25 July.
