Five Continent Horezu start su activities in 2001, being pioneers in the development of fermented sheep cheese in Romania.


The cheese is produced with high - quality raw materials; 100 % milk from sheep which graze in the region´s lush green pastures, in the most typical and traditional way.


The cheese is made according to the European standards, the factory holds the BRC (Grade AA) quality certificate.


Five Continent Horezu produces fermented cheese from pasteurized sheep´s milk, a natural product. The tecnhnological manufacturing process is assisted by a completly automatic installation and is the only one of its kind in the country. The cheese is characterized by its unique flavor and many nutritional qualities. The cheese has a special bouquet, texture and taste.


Starting with 2015, for the first time in Romania, one factory of cheese, presents su product in one of the most important competions: International Cheese Awards were we won the Highly Commended Award. In 2018 for the first time we presents our cheese in another important competions: Worlds Cheese Awards were we won the Bronze Award. In 2024 in World Cheese Awards we won the GOLD AWARD and  SILVER AWARD.  What demonstrates the maintenance and improvement of quality over the years. Our dedicated team ensures that each cheese meets the highest standards, reflecting our commitnent to excellence and customer satisfaction in every aspect of production.
